Do you have a Droid X with Verizon? Are you mad that you're running the old software, and there are no official plans to release the latest and greatest Android 2.2 Froyo? Some Droid X users claim that the new Android 2.2 Froyo Software makes the phone 3-5 times faster then the old 2.1 software.
No one is sure when Verizon will release the update, if at all. So a bunch of people got together and found a way to install the Android 2.2 Froyo onto the Droid X.
