There have been tons of rumors and leaked photos about Palm webOS 2.0 but there was not official sign of it. That was until palm released an official blog post about the new OS.

They didn't give a release date as of yet, but they said to expect the release to be later this year. With the release of webOS 2.0 comes a lot of speculations. Will Palm release a new device for webOS 2.0 to run on? Will HP's rumored tablet run webOS 2.0? Will the current Palm devices be eligible for the upgrade? Will the upgrade cost money like apple's releases?
