David Krejci is not sitting back and relaxing during the offseason. He is working hard to get back to his team.
After suffering an injury to his right wrist during Game 3 of the Eastern Conference semifinals, the Bruins lost Krejci, and subsequently the series to the Philadelphia Flyers to end their 2010 playoff run.
However, Krejci has put the past behind him and put all his focus on the road to recovery, which is going very well. He is a month ahead of schedule and will be ready for the Bruins' Training Camp, and the first game of the season in his native country, Czech Republic in October.
NESN's Kathryn Tappen caught up with Krecji in Wilmington, Mass. Thursday afternoon, where the center was doing his off-ice workouts. Watch the video below from Thursday's edition of SportsDesk to hear the full report.
