His condition is UNKNOWN Building Discovery Communications headquarters in Silver Spring, Maryland was arrested after a man armed with explosives possibly bearing taken hostage, reports CNN. Montgomery County Cpl. Dan Friz told ABC news station WJLA that the suspect was wearing what appeared to be a device "explosive." a SWAT team surrounded the building of 10 storeys and Police Chief Tom Manager said negotiations with the gunman would have ongoing.a MySpace profile belonging to the shooter - who says AOL News has been identified as James Jay Lee Silver Spring - lists "The Discovery Channel as one of its television interests. Update status of Lee's most recent is that of January 2008, and reads "Lee wrote: it is time for the Revolution!" The ABC affiliate site, TBD.com, said that Lee had a history with the discovery, including an arrest for protesting against the network in 2008.
