3 King of the Swamp is essential.
You need multiples of more cards, drop the random ones (Victory Viper, etc)

(SARCASTIC) sure this this deck is good if you want 200 life points in te third turn and then pull a totally useless card and lose the duel!!!!!!
(Not Sarcastic) but seriously you really shoul lose the level monsters because since they are so strong and have cool effects you would be especially focused on keeping them on the field and the duelists these days have spells and traps that could blow the elemental heroes away unless they are copies and you especially need the E-Hero Neos he's a great staple that can be summoned in may ways at the right time like a synchro
This deck is very bad. it is full of random cards that suck. Search online for better ways to use the Elemental Heroes.
